Can alerts be sent to both father and mother?

Yes. Each student can have up to 2 registered WhatsApp numbers — father and mother both receive every alert simultaneously. Both numbers are registered during the initial student data import process.
How long does installation take?

For a typical school of up to 1000 students with 2-3 biometric devices, the complete setup including hardware installation, API configuration, and data import takes 2–5 working days. Our team visits your premises for hardware installation and configures everything on-site.
Is this available outside Dehradun?
