No Mid-Cycle Refunds
Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods.
1. Free Trial Policy
OfficeAPI offers a 1-month free trial of our platform so you can fully explore all features before committing to a paid plan.

Free Trial Includes: Full platform access โ WhatsApp API Chat, Chatbot Builder, Bulk Campaigns, Contact Management, Templates, and Analytics.
โน๏ธ Setup Cost: A one-time setup fee is applicable even during the free trial. This covers WhatsApp Business API account registration, number verification, and platform configuration. The setup fee is non-refundable once the setup process has been initiated.
The free trial period begins on the date your account setup is completed. No automatic charges occur after the trial โ we will contact you to discuss your subscription before billing begins.
2. Setup Fee Policy
A one-time setup fee is charged for all accounts (including trial accounts). This fee covers:
- WhatsApp Business API account registration with Meta
- WhatsApp number verification and registration
- Initial platform configuration and onboarding
- First message template submission to Meta
โ The setup fee is strictly non-refundable once the setup process has been initiated, regardless of whether you continue with a paid subscription.
3. Subscription Plans
OfficeAPI offers the following subscription options after the free trial period:
- Monthly Plan: โน3,000 per month โ billed at the start of each month
- Annual Plan: โน25,000 per year โ billed upfront for the full year
- Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing โ terms discussed and agreed upon separately
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email 7 days before your renewal date.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following specific circumstances:
- Platform Non-Availability: If OfficeAPI platform is inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end (excluding scheduled maintenance or Meta/WhatsApp downtime), a proportional credit or refund may be issued.
- Billing Error: If you have been charged an incorrect amount due to a technical or administrative error, we will promptly refund the difference.
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same billing period due to a payment system error.
๐ง To request a refund, email us at hello@officeapi.in within 7 days of the charge with your account details and reason. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
โ One-time account setup fees
โ Partially used monthly subscription periods
โ Partially used annual subscription periods
โ Meta / WhatsApp conversation charges
โ Message template submission fees (charged by Meta)
โ Accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service or WhatsApp's policies
โ Unused features or services you chose not to use during your subscription period
6. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your OfficeAPI subscription at any time by following these steps:

Send Cancellation Request
Email us at hello@officeapi.in with subject "Subscription Cancellation" and your registered account email.

Confirmation from Our Team
We will confirm your cancellation request within 2 business days and let you know your last active date.

Access Until Period End
Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after that.

Export Your Data
Download your contacts and campaign data within 30 days of cancellation before your account is closed.
โ ๏ธ Annual Plan Note: If you cancel an annual plan mid-year, your access continues until the end of the paid annual period. No refund is issued for the remaining months.
7. Refund Process & Timeline
If your refund request is approved, here is how the process works:
- Review Period: We will review your request within 5 business days of receiving it
- Approval Notification: You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection with reason
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7โ10 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit card, etc.)
Actual credit timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 3โ7 additional business days after we initiate the refund).
